Placing an order

Choose products and quantities, review your basket, add any eligible offer code, and select delivery. At checkout, check your contact and delivery details before using the payment button. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay.

We accept your order when payment is successfully confirmed on Squishmas. Save your order reference. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment for it.

Prices and promotions

Base prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes. EUR and USD displays are indicative reference-rate conversions; the GBP amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. Your bank may use a different rate or charge fees. Delivery is shown separately before payment. The checkout total is the amount payable. Offer codes work only during the displayed window, using UK time. One offer applies per basket unless expressly stated otherwise.

Changing a catalogue price does not change an order already accepted. A random-design product supplies the quantity and selection described in its listing.

Payment and delivery

Square processes payments. Supported wallet options depend on your device, browser and eligible wallet. Your card details are entered directly into Square’s secure payment fields. Our delivery policy and returns policy form part of these terms.
