Toys, not treats

Squishies are toys and must not be eaten, bitten or chewed. Follow each item’s age rating, warnings and care instructions; suitability varies by product. Keep small parts and packaging away from babies and young children. Use adult supervision where the product guidance requires it.

Stop using a toy if it is torn, damaged or leaking. Keep it away from heat and flames, and follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions. These products are not pet toys or medical devices.

Photos, colours and packaging

Colours and finishes can look different on screens. Product descriptions identify what is included; decorative props are not included unless the listing says they are.

The campaign packaging and hands-only unboxing images are AI-generated concepts, not photographs of actual customers or a promise of a particular wrapping design. Actual packaging may vary. This does not limit your right to receive goods matching their description.

Random designs and promotions

Where a listing specifies a blind bag or random design, the supplied design is selected at random. A mixed product display does not mean your purchase is a mystery product. Promotion eligibility, codes and timing are shown with each offer.
