What we use and why
We use your name, contact details, delivery address, order contents, payment status and support messages to fulfil orders and help you. Our lawful basis is contract. We use transaction records for tax and accounting obligations, and limited device, IP, security and login information for our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and preventing fraud.
We do not receive your full payment-card number or security code. Square handles those details. We do not use this checkout to enrol you in marketing.
Who receives information
Information needed to process and deliver your order may be shared with Square, delivery providers, our hosting and security providers, and professional advisers or authorities where necessary. This store is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Google Fonts supplies the site fonts and receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address. See Square’s consumer privacy notice, Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Storage, retention and overseas processing
We retain information only while needed for fulfilment, support, legal record-keeping and handling claims. The period depends on the type of record and relevant legal obligations. Providers may process information outside the UK; applicable UK transfer safeguards are required where personal data is transferred internationally. Ask us for details about a particular record or transfer.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct information, request deletion or restriction, obtain a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us to exercise a right or raise a concern. You may also complain to the ICO.
Young shoppers
The shop has a playful design, but checkout and support should be handled by an adult. We do not ask children to create accounts or provide personal details. Please contact us if a child has submitted information that should be removed.
