UK delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Check your address and postcode carefully before paying. Email us promptly if you spot a mistake; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Your delivery choices

Standard UK delivery: £3.95, free when your merchandise total after discounts is £35.00 or more.
Longer Wait Delivery: free, with a slower journey than Standard delivery.

The charge and selected service are shown in your basket and checkout. Delivery charges do not earn product discounts.

Timing and delays

We aim to send your order as soon as we can. Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract. No Christmas-arrival or specific-date guarantee is offered unless expressly agreed.

If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order reference. We remain responsible for your goods until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession.
